Meet Dr. Varani

Where are you from?

I grew up in LA and attended UCLA for my bachelors. I then moved to NY where I received my D.D.S. degree from NYU School of Dentistry.

Describe your family:

I’ve been blessed with 3 beautiful daughters.

How long have you been working in the dental field?

I graduated in 2004 but started seeing patients in 2002 while I was in dental school.

Which dental organizations do you belong to?

I’m a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Stanislaus Dental Society and International Congress of Oral Implantologists

What is your favorite dental moment?

That moment when a patient looks at their teeth and give me a genuine smile. That smile speaks volume. Now that moment can be as simple as a whitening procedure or a smile makeover. It is different for everyone which is why general dentistry is so rewarding in my opinion.

What do you do on your days off?

My family comes first and is the most important thing in my life. I love spending time with my 3 daughters. Also enjoy going to the gym and bike riding.

What do you like most about working at VaraniSmile Dental?

The freedom to take my time to pay individualized attention to my patients

Hangover, Law of Success, and many leadership books

What lessons from your parents do you still live by today?

Work hard and be honest
